In compliance with the latest announcement from the Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) on the tightening of safe management measures starting 27 September to 24 October 2021, all our group classes will now be limited to 2 participants (including the instructor). This means there can only be one (1) slot (one person) per session in each class. Everyone is encouraged to make their reservations online (3 days in advance is ideal). A 24-hour cancellation is required for changes, or charges will apply.

In view of the rising number of Covid community cases, we seek your continued support and understanding on the following guidelines:

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your session; you may wait at the lobby outside if you arrive earlier.
• Do leave the premises promptly after your session.
• All studio equipment has its safety considerations and should not be used without the supervision of your instructor.
• Guests and companions are not allowed to wait inside the studio.
• If you are sick or unwell, please refrain from coming to class, and do inform us of your decision at least 12 hours before the class.
• Please sanitize or wash your hands with soap when you enter the premises, and do wipe down all equipment and props after using them.
• Fully vaccinated clients may only remove their masks when the class begins and should put them back on again immediately after.

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce has announced the easing of restrictions starting 10 August, Tuesday.

Participants who have completed their two (2) doses of vaccines may remove their masks while exercising in groups of up to five persons, while unvaccinated individuals will be required to wear their masks at all times.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in line with the prevailing regulations.

In compliance with the Return to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), starting 22 July (tomorrow) until 18 August, our group classes will be limited to 2 participants (including the instructor) and masks must be worn at all times.
Everyone is encouraged to reserve your classes online. As the class slot is reserved for just one person per hour, a 24-hour cancellation is required, or charges will apply.

Dear friends,

 

The new ruling as of tomorrow is for classes to continue with up to five persons in a class (including the instructor) if everyone in the class is fully vaccinated (mask off is allowed). For persons who are not fully vaccinated, class size will be restricted to a maximum of two persons (including the instructor) and masks will need to be worn. This is effective 19 July through to 8 August 2021.
